1. General Provisions and Operator Qualifications

1.1 Responsible Party

The drone operator (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is the lawful owner or authorized person responsible for operating the drone, and shall bear full responsibility for the drone and all related flight activities.

1.2 Regulatory Compliance

The User must ensure that the drone has been duly registered, licensed, and authorized in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country or region of operation. All flight operations shall be conducted only within legally approved airspace and under permitted conditions.

1.3 Safety Principle

The User shall always give top priority to the safety of individuals, public property, and the environment, and shall take all necessary measures to avoid accidents, injuries, or hazards.

2. Battery Safety Responsibilities

Drone lithium batteries are classified as high-risk components. Improper handling or misuse may result in fire, explosion, or other serious hazards. The User shall strictly comply with the safety requirements set forth below:

2.1 Charging Safety

• Only use the original charger or other charging devices certified by relevant authorities.
• Charge batteries on a clean, dry, well-ventilated, and cool surface, away from flammable or explosive materials. Monitor the charging process and never leave the battery unattended for long periods.
• Immediately stop using the battery if it shows any signs of swelling, deformation, leakage, overheating, unusual odor, or severe performance degradation.Dispose of it in accordance with local safety regulations.
• Do not charge the battery inside vehicles or other enclosed spaces. Extended charging under high temperatures may result in malfunction or fire.
• After long-term storage, check the charging port for debris and inspect the battery for any deformation or leakage before recharging.

2.2 Usage and Storage Safety

• Do not use or charge the battery inenvironments below 0°C / 32°F or above 40°C / 104°F.
• Check the battery’s charge level, appearance, and overall condition before each flight.
• After flying, allow the battery to cool down to ambient temperature before recharging.
• Never disassemble, puncture, or short-circuit the battery.
• For long-term storage, keep the battery at the manufacturer’s recommended storage level (typically 40%–60%) and store it in a cool, dry place. Check the battery every three months.
• Keep drones and batteries away from high temperatures, high humidity, and direct sunlight. Store out of reach of children.

2.3 Transportation and Disposal

• During transport, properly insulate and protect the battery from impact or short-circuiting.
• Dispose of depleted batteries according to local hazardous waste regulations. Never discard them in household trash.

3. Flight Safety Responsibilities

The User is fully responsible for all safety risks associated with the drone during normal operation.

3.1 Pre-flight Inspection

• Check the drone, remote controller, propellers, and battery to ensure all components are intact and functional.
• Confirm that weather conditions are suitable (no strong winds, rain, snow, or fog) and plan a safe flight path.
• Do not attach any unauthorized items to the drone except propeller guards or memory cards.
  
   

3.2 Flight Environment and Airspace

• Flight operations is strictly prohibited near airports, military zones, government buildings, power lines, base stations, or densely populated areas.
• Always maintain visual line-of-sight and yield to manned aircraft.
• Maintain visual line-of-sight with the drone at all times and give way to manned aircraft.
• Comply with local altitude and zone restrictions.
  
   

3.3 Operational Conduct

• Do not operate the drone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or any impaired mental condition.
• Avoid dangerous maneuvers, such as flying too close to people, animals, buildings, vehicles, or other potential hazards.
• Respect others’ privacy. Do not use drones for illegal recording, surveillance, or harassment.
• Do not approach or attempt to touch the drone while it is flying, especially around children.
  Children under 14 must operate drones only under adult supervision.
  
   

3.4 Accidents and Emergencies

• The User acknowledges and accepts that operating a drone involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including but not limited to signal interference, GPS loss, power failure, bird strikes, collisions with buildings or other obstacles, crashes, loss, or theft. The User assumes all such risks. The manufacturer and seller shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from these risks.
• If drone operation results in personal injury or property damage to any third party, the User shall bear full legal and financial responsibility.
  
   

4. Privacy and Data Security

When using drones equipped with cameras or audio recording devices, the User must comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning personal information protection and privacy rights. Filming or recording individuals or private property without consent is strictly prohibited. The User shall be fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from violations of others’ privacy rights.
