1.  How to properly insert the drone battery?

Step 1:Unfold both front arms to make the battery compartment visible.
Step 2:Hold the battery from the top and bottom, insert it with the sticker side facing up, and push it in firmly.
Step 3:Press both sides of the battery to ensure it is properly installed.

2.  What input voltage is supported for charging the drone battery and remote controller?

You can charge the drone battery either while it's inside the drone (supports 5V/9V input) or using the charging dock (supports 5V/9V/12V input). The remote controller only supports 5V input for charging.

3.  Why is the drone failing to pair with the remote controller?

To re-pair the drone, go to the app’s home page and tap More →  SettingConnecting the Aircraft.
Then follow the on-screen instructions: press and hold the drone’s battery button until the lights start flashing, and tap Ready to connect to complete the pairing process.

4.  Why can’t the drone acquire GPS signals?

GPS signals cannot be acquired indoors. Please move to an open outdoor area to search for satellites. 

Once 10 or more satellites are connected, the drone will automatically switch to GPS mode.

5.  Why is the download speed so slow when I try to get my recorded videos?

There are three ways to download files, and the speed varies by method:
Fastest: Remove the Micro SD card from the drone and insert it into your computer to transfer files directly.
Medium: Use the Quick Transfer option in the app.
Slowest: Use the Standard Download method over Wi-Fi.
Please choose the method that works best for your needs.

6.  Why does the drone’s video feed appear tilted during flight?

This usually happens when the gimbal cover was not removed before powering on the drone.
To fix it, tap the ··· icon in the top right corner of the live view screen, then go to CameraGimbal Calibration and follow the instructions to calibrate the gimbal.

7.  Why can’t the drone fly very far?

For beginner users, the default flight range limit is enabled (beginner mode).
To remove the restriction, tap the ··· icon in the top-right corner of the screen, go to Safety, turn off Beginner Mode, and set your preferred flight distance.

8.  Why does the video feed cut out during flight?

Image transmission may be interrupted due to the following reasons:
1) Environmental interference – There may be strong obstacles such as metal structures, power grids, or fences between the drone and the remote controller.

2) Loose connections – Please check that the RC cable is securely connected between your phone and the remote controller.

When image transmission is lost, the drone will automatically initiate the Return-to-Home (RTH) function to ensure flight safety.
