1. Drone Battery Not Charging or Charging Slowly?

The issue may be caused by an unsupported cable or low-power adapter. Please use the original charging cable included in the package and a power adapter rated at 10W or higher, and ensure the connection is stable.

2. The battery heats up after charging or flying — is that normal?

It’s normal for the battery to heat up slightly during or after charging and flight. For your safety and to protect your device, please follow these tips:
1) Avoid high-temperature or enclosed spaces (such as inside a car or sealed container) during charging or long-term storage.
2) Unplug the charging cable once charging is complete to prevent prolonged connection.
3) Store the battery separately from the drone when not in use.

3. How to properly insert the drone battery?

Step 1:Unfold both front arms to make the battery compartment visible.
Step 2:Hold the battery from the top and bottom, insert it with the sticker side facing up, and push it in firmly.
Step 3:Press both sides of the battery to ensure it is properly installed.

4. What input voltage is supported for charging the drone battery and remote controller?

You can charge the drone battery either while it's inside the drone (supports 5V/9V input) or using the charging dock (supports 5V/9V/12V input). The remote controller only supports 5V input for charging.

5. Why is the drone failing to pair with the remote controller?

To re-pair the drone, go to the app’s home page and tap More → Setting → Connecting the Aircraft.
Then follow the on-screen instructions: press and hold the drone’s battery button until the lights start flashing, and tap Ready to connect to complete the pairing process.

6. Why can’t the drone acquire GPS signals?

GPS signals cannot be acquired indoors. Please move to an open outdoor area to search for satellites.

Once 10 or more satellites are connected, the drone will automatically switch to GPS mode.

7. Why is the download speed so slow when I try to get my recorded videos?

There are three ways to download files, and the speed varies by method:
Fastest: Remove the Micro SD card from the drone and insert it into your computer to transfer files directly.
Medium: Use the Quick Transfer option in the app.
Slowest: Use the Standard Download method over Wi-Fi.
Please choose the method that works best for your needs.

8. Why does the drone’s video feed appear tilted during flight?

This usually happens when the gimbal cover was not removed before powering on the drone.
To fix it, tap the ··· icon in the top right corner of the live view screen, then go to Camera → Gimbal Calibration and follow the instructions to calibrate the gimbal.

9. Why can’t the drone fly very far?

For beginner users, the default flight range limit is enabled (beginner mode).
To remove the restriction, tap the ··· icon in the top-right corner of the screen, go to Safety, turn off Beginner Mode, and set your preferred flight distance.

10. Why does the video feed cut out during flight?

Image transmission may be interrupted due to the following reasons:
1) Environmental interference – There may be strong obstacles such as metal structures, power grids, or fences between the drone and the remote controller.

2) Loose connections – Please check that the RC cable is securely connected between your phone and the remote controller.

When image transmission is lost, the drone will automatically initiate the Return-to-Home (RTH) function to ensure flight safety.

12. Why is the drone unstable if I take off immediately after powering it on?

If you take off before GPS positioning is complete, the drone will enter ATTI Mode, and GPS-based functions will be unavailable. In this mode, the drone relies only on onboard sensors and is more easily affected by environmental factors, which can lead to instability.
For a more stable flight experience, please wait until the GPS satellite count is above 10 before taking off.

13. The leftmost indicator light keeps flashing rapidly while the battery is charging. Is this normal?

Yes. When the battery is in a severely low power state, the leftmost indicator may flash rapidly during the initial stage of charging. To ensure charging safety, the charging system temporarily reduces the charging power. Once the battery level returns to a normal range, charging will automatically resume at the standard power level. Please be patient and allow the charging process to continue.

14. How can I prevent my drone from being lost due to signal loss or low battery?

The drone is designed with two automatic safety protections to help prevent loss:

Signal Loss Protection: If the drone loses signal and cannot reconnect within the specified time, it will automatically initiate Return to Home (RTH).
Low Battery Protection:If the drone detects that the remaining battery level is insufficient to return safely, it will automatically initiate Return to Home (RTH).

To ensure a safe and successful return, please note the following:

Before takeoff, set an appropriate Return-to-Home altitude in the app to avoid obstacles during the return flight.
When low-battery Return to Home is activated, do not cancel the return to continue flying, as this may prevent the drone from returning safely.
